Armour Q2 Internet Radio: Turn Device to Change Station – CES 2012
While on the TPN CES Live Action, we learned about Q2 Internet Radio. Armour, a UK based company, is coming to the US with the Qubec2 (Q2).
Q2 is a WiFi internet radio with motion control. Lift the device and it will turn on. Turn the device and the station will change.
To configure, load the software, then connect to the device and make the changes. There is a USB connector into your host computer (Windows or Mac). To turn off the music, flip it to it’s base position, and it will turn off.
Q2 is expected at $110. You will be able to get at different retailers.
Interview by Andy McCaskey and Courtney Wallin of SDRNews for the TechPodcast Network.
