Hollis James joins the TPN Live CES Coverage. Corning is the company that puts the glass on those devices.

Corning puts their “Gorilla Glass” on these devices. That is what is used on Samsung, LG and other devices. From phone to TV – the Gorilla Glass will withstand above average wear and tear.

Not only shatter-resistant, but also scratch resistant. They have a group of people in a room that try to break the glass. How fun a job is that?

Since Corning is 50% owned by Samsung, it’s safe to say their surfaces are Corning.
