TIA Prepares Kickoff with Live, Virtual Tradeshows – 4GWorld

TIA is working on an Event in Texas for people to learn about “Inside the Network“. Sustainability, security, reliability and more. They wanted attendees to be a part of the event even before it begins.

Therefore, they have created a “Virtual Tradeshow”. A Web 2.0 site, using social media, companies have a fully branded booth where they can choose avatars and many different widgets. Everything but the swag and candy you can collect at the live event.

I talk to Taly Walsh, VP of Sustainability, Intelligence and Networking Industry Association. We go over the format that focuses on inside the network.
