Ford: New Apps for Sync – CES 2012

Five new external apps were announced at CES by Ford. NPR radio, Stitcher, Roximity, Tune-In, IHeartRadio. Also Sync Destinations which is location based services for turn-by turn directions. Also an app called Scout that is also a navigation system.
We went through a demo of the Sync. This is on a series of select vehicles, but they are looking for ways to roll back to older cars. The 2012 Mustang, Fusion, F150, and other cars will have the Ford Sync system.
Everything is voice controlled. You ask for a local radio station, it will show up.
