LG has entered the touchscreen realm with their new LG Pentouch technology. The concept is to connect to your TV and computer. Pentouch is a box that connects to PC and the TV. Working with Wi-Fi, it communicates back and forth so what you touch will be relayed to the TV.
It can turn the TV into a markup board, but it also can make for some interactive TV. Of course, if you have apps on your TV, you would be able to control them better. But editing documents, running Powerpoint presentations and more are a great advantage.
Pentouch technology is expected in early spring. No price points yet.
