Outlier Shows Swagg.com: Making Shopping Convienent

Chip Fishburne was on the TPN Live CES action talking about Outlier/ They announced a new website, Swagg.com .
It’s an app for Android and iPhone. It’s based on market research done by Outlier with a goal of making the shopping experience more convenient. The system is a lot like gift cards you may get for holidays. Instead, you get SWAGG gifts that you can use, give away or trade.
