SD XC Will Take Your SD Cards to 2 TB Within 5 Years – CES 2010

Every year the SD Association comes out with the new specification of cards. Last year, it was the SD XD, but this year we have the SD XC, which is expected to become a standard very shortly. The most exciting news is that these cards will take us to 2 Terrabytes data at fast rates.

Todd Cochrane talks with Kevin from the SD Association on the next level of SD card. This will mean more room for video with lower latency points. It could also mean 1080p video at 60 fps. Very exciting news from the SD Card Association.
