Sifteo is a game using blocks with video screens on them. As you play, you try to match colored images from one block to another. As you go, the game gets increasingly difficult.
This is the first game I have seen that has taken the old tactile feel and put it with a technology. The Sifteo game is unlike dominoes or mahjong. It’s just a different way to play.
Sifteo connects to the PC to install the games. You can play different types of games on the Sifteo bricks. The PC will also push out sound effects if you want.
The Sifteo charging dock will charge up to six cubes. The blocks can work for 4 hours of continuous play.
You can browse and buy games through their application store. There are great learning games for kids and even standard games like checkers and chess.
Sifteo is available for $149.
