XpanD X102 Universal 3D Glasses
Last Updated on March 4, 2024 8:12 am by Jeffrey Powers

Michael Williams joined Andy on the TPN Live CES coverage to show Xpand. These are 3D glasses that work with different standards in 3D today.
There are multiple 3D formats and no universal standard. XpanD designed the glasses to work on many different formats of TV.
On the bottom is a button that changes the glasses. Using a CR 2032 watch battery, you continue to push the button down until the 3D works. After a certain time, the glasses will turn themselves off. Xpand even gives you 3 batteries in the package, along with additional nose pieces.
XpanD Universal 3D glasses are available at Sears, CompUSA, Fry’s and more starting at $119.00
