Google+ is a Social Network created by Google (just like Facebook or Twitter). You create Circles and put your friends, colleagues, followers and other people into them. When you post an item on your wall, you can choose if it goes out to everyone or no one. Google Hangout is a way to video chat with up to 9 other people. Use it for casual conversation or as a business tool. Google Sparks let you organize certain keywords so they are easier to find. Google Huddle is part of the Android and iOS applications for you to “Huddle” your friends into one thread.
