HP Sprocket Photobooth for Your Parties
Last Updated on February 23, 2024 10:47 am by Jeffrey Powers
I have reviewed the HP Sprocket printers in the past, and excited to see this new one in prototype mode. For anyone that is celebrating multiple events, the Sprocket Photobooth is a great addition.
I got to see the new printer at CES this year and get my photo taken!
What is the Sprocket Photobooth
The idea is simply the Sprocket printer inserted into a stand-up device that adds a camera and screen to the experience. People would walk up, hit the button, and get their photos taken.
The Sprocket Photobooth is customizable through the touchscreen, and prints vibrant, glossy, ink-free 3.5″ × 4.25″ photos on sticky-backed ZINK paper. The printer can also make multiple copies if two or more people are in the photo.
LED Lights will illuminate the area for better photos.
The device can be fully customizable – if you’re doing a western night, add a sepia filter for an old-timey look. If you’re doing glamour shots, add sparkles and lens flares.
The Sprocket Photobooth is scheduled for later this year. MSRP will be $449.99 at SprocketPrinters.com
You can also check out the original HP Sprocket – a portable printer for your own events.
