Boost Video Production with Central Control Flex Macros, NDI Teleprompter
I talked with Joe Di Max at Central Control. Last year he added Triggers to a sequence. This year, it’s all about Timeline Macro Editing with Flex Macros.
The idea is simple: if you want to run a sequence of files, videos, photos, and more, you can add it to the trigger timeline. When ready, just let it run, and the macro will run through the shots.
You can even edit the shots while it’s running through. That way, if you have something like a replay to add, you can easily do that.
The trigger can pull from any device connected to your Central Control software. A graphic could overlay, then your ATEM switcher could change cameras. The H2R graphics could bring in a lower 3rd, then the new Teleprompter could be queued in with start and stop times so the host can read the script.
Other new additions to Central Control include H2R Graphics support, a rundown clock with manual tracking, and the NDI teleprompter with remote control.
Central Control is additional software that connects hardware for live video production. With features like Supersource Editor, rundown clock, and protocol conversion, this makes hardware and software work easier together.
And if you’re a one-person producer, Central Control is a great way to keep your desk clutter free.
