Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies Portable Power Using Hydrogen

Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies showed off HydroFILL at CES. This is a small-scale home hydrogen station which allows consumers to refill solid state canisters using water and electricity. You create hydrogen by plugging the water filled HydroSTIK in a wall socket.
The mini packs can charge many different electronics. From LED flashlights to full tablets. In fact, there was a tablet on display using hydrogen cells.
Each pack saves people money. To put in perspective, 100 AA batteries recharged 100 times is equivilent to a miniPAK charged once. Therefore, longer durations means that flashlight in the cupboard will work when needed.
