KOPI Charging Strips, USB Chargers – CES 2012
Last Updated on February 23, 2024 11:19 am by Jeffrey Powers
Samuel from Kopi joined us for the CES TPN Live coverage. Kopi focuses are on live charging with three different products.
The flagship product is the K_Bar, which is a power strip with USB plugs. These plugs will determine what type of device is being plugged into the unit, so it can send the maximum charge. The strip also has a kill switch, to make sure no phantom power runs through the device.
Kopi also showed off their Kar charger, and the USB battery charger that charges four batteries in parallel. Samuel called it the “Bittorrent of charging”. KOPI also has universal USB charging plugs for those that travel around the world.
The K_Bar is priced at $60 (aluminum). The other items are not out just yet.
