part 4: Ben Henkendorn – Midwest Gaming Classic

Continuing coverage of the Midwest Gaming Classic, I start in the Pokemon and Mario rooms. Different games throughout time in those genres.

But it wasn’t until I got into the Homebrew area where I felt at home. Ben Heckendorn, a.k.a. Ben Heck was showing off not only the Bill Paxtion pinball machine, but also the new “Lost” pinball machine he is building on the Ben Heck Show.

Interesting thing is this was the first time we met. For the last year, we exchanged emails back and forth trying to find a place to meet. So when we finally started talking, it was well worth the wait.

We talk a little about the pinball machine, a little about the Ben Heck show and a lot about Madison, WI. Beer and cheese. A little beef jerky.
